Where do I pick up my item?

Our physical address is Factory Unit 6, 1545 Botany Road Botany NSW 2019. Check our contact page for current opening times.

Do you repair computers?
Yes. Our in-house technician will diagnose the issue then suggest a solution. Repairs are charged in 30 minute increments. We use refurbished parts where possible to keep the cost down. If we can't fix it then there is no charge. All repairs have a three month warranty for parts and labour.

How can I pay?
Pay by cash or card in person when you pick up your item.

I don't know how to use my item - can you help?
We can provide limited support on items purchased from us. Technical support, application installation or set up may incur support charges. Fees will be discussed prior to work starting so there are no surprises.

Can you help with other IT issues that we have?
As an established computer and IT business we have qualified technicians on-site. If you require service, support or installation please contact us for a quote.

What is included with my item?
Please read the item description carefully and inspect all images as most of our items are in a used condition. For the avoidance of doubt you will only receive what is included in the item description and shown in images. Any consumable item such as battery, toner, ink, ribbons, paper etc. if supplied does not form part of the sale and no warranty is expressed or implied about their condition including how full a toner cartridge is.

If an item includes software, licenses or power supply it will be expressly mentioned in the listing and/or images. If you have any questions regarding an item please contact us before purchasing the item.

I have an issue with my item?
If there is an issue with your order please call us first so we may attempt to resolve it in person. We find the vast majority of issues can be fixed this way.

Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Can you post / ship / deliver my item?
We prefer local pick up as it allows us to keep our prices down however postage options depend on the item. Postage is calculated based on our location, your location and the size / weight of the item. Please contact us before making an order if you require delivery.
